Maintain sort order after editing UFGroup.title or creating new UFGroup

The list of profiles is sorted alphabetically by default, but the ordering will grow stale as titles are changed or profiles added.

As a monkey wrench, there may actually be several linked UFGroupCollections – a master collection and some number of filtered subcollections (one for each profile-selector widget – recall that each widget can filter its dropdown differently). All of these collections must be sorted – and their views updated.
