            Description

            Steps to reproduce:

            1. Navigate to "civicrm/survey/configure/contact?action=update&reset=1&id=X"
            2. Change a dropdown
            3. Click the browser's back button
            4. Observe: No warning about unsaved changes

            We do present warnings if you navigate away while a dialog is opened – but that's a different situation.
