Description
Palette should only include custom data sets which extend Activity AND the activity type assigned to the survey.
To recreate the bug:
1. Create custom data set Used for = Activity => Phonebank and add a field to the set.
2. Create survey and assign activity type = Canvass
2. From Contact Info & Question - create new profile. The palette will include Phonebank custom data set, but it should not.
