Creating Smart Group through custom search throws a fatal error and also while performing advanced search on that smart group.

            Description

            Creating Smart Group through custom search throws a fatal error.(As Query is not getting build up properly)
            Though the Smart group gets created,while performing Advanced Search on that Smart group it again throws an error.

            I replicated this issue on v3.3.5 and also on the demo site.Thus I'm submitting a patch for the version3.3.5.
