            Description

            Creating Smart Group through custom search throws a fatal error.(As Query is not getting build up properly)
            Though the Smart group gets created,while performing Advanced Search on that Smart group it again throws an error.

            I replicated this issue on v3.3.5 and also on the demo site.Thus I'm submitting a patch for the version3.3.5.

                1. Can you reproduce this issue on our sandbox server please

                2. If so, can you please explain the patch in more detail. Ideally please add descriptive inline comments to the patch

                3. Finally, if you can add a unit and/or web test to ensure this works that would be awesome

                this is pretty old - I think it's fixed - not worth trying to replicate a 4.3 issue on 4.7
