Examples:
Accounting Batches has menu permission set to 'access CiviContribute AND administer CiviCRM'. Should be 'view own manual batches' OR 'view all manual batches'.
New Batch under Accounting Batches has permission set to 'access CiviContribute AND administer CiviCRM'. This should be 'create manual batch'.
Open Batches, Closed Batches, Exported Batches have permission set to 'access CiviContribute AND administer CiviCRM'. Should be 'view own manual batches' OR 'view all manual batches'.
Need to fix in upgrade as well.
