group contact calls pre & post hooks (sometimes) but does not conform

            Description

            POST hooks are supposed to pass the id of the object created & the object created to the hooks but the hooks in group_contact are irregularly called & do not pass out std params

            (Nb it may be that it's not possible to call the pre & post hooks in a performant way - in which case maybe we need to introduce a bulkadd hook or something?)
