cron job reports not going out POST http://issues.civicrm.org/jira/browse/CRM-11593

Upgrading to 4.2.8 broke the civireport cron with the error

There appears to be a regression on sessions for the reports sent out by cron job in 4.2.8.

I have set this to fix for 4.3 but actually I think it would be better to fix for 4.2.9 & push out a release because I think this is the 3rd thing we have hit a regression on from 4.2.7 to 4.2.8
