CRM-1216 Search Builder doesn't provide options, Select Fields for export has no field list

            Description

            This is on 1.5.6892 Drupal PHP4

            Two places where the user doesn't have the abilty to build the search query:

            1) On the search builder (eg: civicrm/contact/search/builder?reset=1)
            No fields list in either box

            2) On exporting a search and choosing to select fileds (civicrm/contact/search/basic?_qf_Map_display=true)
            No fields listed in export box.

            Thanks so much for working on this- this software has been a life saver for the organization I'm working on this for.

                hey manish:

                i think this has something to do with php4 generation and display. some joomla users have also complained about this. can u work with k and get this sorted out

                fixed rev 6922.
                objects should passed by reference in php4.
