Advanced Search - Search by Activity Type (activity_history) Query needs Distinct...

If no Date Range is entered, it looks like we're returning a row for each instance of the matching activity_type - so if a contact has 10 instances of that type, we return 10 rows with the same contact in the results listings.

To replicate on demo - go to advanced search, and search for Activity Type = "School Repainting"

NOTE: If you add an Activity Date Range to the search criteria, thiings seem to work correctly (I only get one row per matching contact even though there are multiple activity_history instances w/in the date range - for example May 1, 06 - Sep 13, 06).
