Correct and clarify help regarding use of tokens for events, memberships, and activities in message templates

Currently the help for Message Templates page and form says you can create message templates for membership renewal reminders on that page. However, membership tokens are not available unless you create the message template from Scheduled Reminders screens. Need to correct and clarify for non-contact tokens.
