Custom Fields not showing up

            Description

            Tested in Demo: Create custom fields for Contribution/Donation. When entering a new contribution, and selecting Donation as Financial Type, the custom fields do not show up. This is not how it functioned in 4.2.x. Workaround: Make one field required - Error appears and so do custom fields.
