Create webtest for custom fields

            Description

            We need a webtest that, at minimum, reproduces the problem in CRM-12331

            • Create a custom contribution field for a particular type of contribution
            • Go to create new contribution
            • Select the particular type
            • Make sure the custom field shows up

            It would be good to do this for other entities too. It may be possible to create an abstract test function that can do this for any entity.
