CRM-12380 Proximity Search not working in Adv Search

            Description

            Doing an adv search with the combination of Zip/Postal code and "within x mi/km of" doesn't filter results. It just returns all contacts in database.

            See attached screenshots of problem.

            I just replicated this on the 4.3 demo site, as well as on our site 4.2.9.

                Have you enabled a mapping provider and the geocoding cron job?
                I'm unclear if you are documenting a regression (i.e. it worked on 4.2.7 but broke as soon as we upgraded) or if you are needing help learning how to use this feature for the first time. If the latter, the forum would be a better place to discuss.

                based on jamies log files and query stuff, pretty sure this is a druplicate of CRM-12368
