Query relationships returns no result.
You may reproduce the bug on demo.civicrm.org:
L?chowski, Alice is Head of household of Alice ??chowski's home. If you query all head of household of ??chowski's home. It returns an empty result.
If you want all head of household called '*', you still get an empty result.
If you want all head of household called '' ([empty]), it returns all records
