Don't generate duplicate test transaction IDs in Authorize.net

If the civicrm_contribution table contains a transaction ID which matches "test%" but is not "test000000000n", the code to increment the test ID will fail and generate a duplicate trxn_id, which will cause the contribution to fail (and then CRM-12559 happens).
