Ensure that membership upsell and single membership per membership organisation is clearly documented

      Description

      This changed in 4.2 or there abouts but I am not sure that our documentation clearly reflects the change. We should audit the membership section and make sure that it is clear that CiviCRM expects contacts to only have one membership per contact where the membership organisation for the membership type is the same (and why) i.e. membership upsell.
