Modifying the navigation menu on a multi-site shows menu of wrong domain

            Description

            We are using multi-site, with two Drupal websites using a single CiviCRM installation. To reproduce:

            1. On the last-created Drupal site (CIVICRM_DOMAIN_ID = 2 for us), go to Administer -> Customize Data & Screens -> Navigation Menu
            2. Click "Add New Menu Item"
            3. When browsing the Parent dropdown, the list shows the menu for the original Drupal site (CIVICRM_DOMAIN_ID = 1 in this case) and not the site currently being used
