Paypal Express Recurring IPN not working?

            Description

            With the Paypal Pro processor, this button appears. When someone clicks button they get a paypal page with no email or donation amount filled in. This transaction, should it be executed in this way, will not IPN data back to CiviCRM.

            See attached.

            Isn't the button supposed to transmit certain information to Paypal or is that not possible?

                Bug - A problem which impairs or prevents the functions of the product. CRM-12918 Civi doesn't track recurring contributions through Paypal Express, but form still gives us the option to create them
