Civi doesn't track recurring contributions through Paypal Express, but form still gives us the option to create them

When paypal pro is enabled, there is a orange Paypal button always on the form. Clicking this will trigger the "paypal express" process, which is different from Standard or Pro. The paypal express process WILL create recurring contributions but they are not tracked in CiviCRM, future contributions are not transmitted via IPN.

I suggest we either improve the CiviCRM process so that recurring contributions are caught and recorded via IPN, or we use jQuery to 'turn off' the link to the button in the event someone selects the recurring option on the form.
