Tag Contacts Task - Allow Assignment or Removal of Multiple Tags (instead of only one at a time)

When tagging contacts as a result of a search, you can only add one tag at a time. User should be able to select multiple tags to assign to the selected contacts. Similarly user should be to select multiple tags to remove (Untag contacts task).
