Custom Fields display: do not assume that an unselected yes/no radio means "no"

      Description

      This bug seems mostly observable with Activities, or more precisely for me: in Case Activities:

      • create a yes/no radio custom field for a Case activity
      • in a case, add a "follow-up" activity, and do not fill-in any of the fields
      • when viewing the Activity, in the ActivityView "popup", the field will be shown as if "No" had been selected.
