Paypal Standard Pending (incomplete) transactions move membership end date forward

Use a contribution page to renew an existing membership using Paypal Standard. Abandon the process after arriving at Paypal.com (as approximately 20% to 30% people do) and the membership is Pending (Incomplete). You get a free membership renewal.

Membership end date should not be moved forward unless transaction is complete, otherwise memberships are extended without payment.
