Total Event Fee doesn't take into account multiple registrants

When you pay online for an event that has online registration enabled and "Register multiple participants?" enabled, you can use a drop down menu to pick the number of registrants you want.

If you pick a number greater than 1 and make an error in the form, the form is reloaded, with error messges, and a sub-total that only reflects one participant, not the number you entered.
