Yahoo Geocoding API change.

            Description

            Yahoo changed their geocoding API and there is working updated file already developed. It should be included in the next version. It can be found in this thread: http://forum.civicrm.org/index.php?topic=26989.0
            I have confirmed that it works. I will also attach the file.
