Profile field defaults not getting populated in contribution live page

      Description

      The bug was found while running the testcase WebTest_Member_OnlineMembershipRenewTest.testOnlineMembershipRenewChangeType
      Steps to replicate:
      1. Edit the already available Membership and Signup Contribution page page and include a profile "Name and Address". Save it.
      2. Do a live page contribution by selecting a membership type, say, General and filling up all the profile fields. Let "My billing address is the same as above" be checked.
      3. Now, again do a live page contribution. So, now the expected behaviour should populate the profile fields by default. But, in the present scenario, only the billing fields are being populated. The profile fields are coming as empty.
