Description
The code that converts the text/html composition into the text/plain part of the email makes the entire text upper case. This means the organization sending the email looks crazy. The text portion should use the same cases as the HTML portion.
Attached is an email I received today.
(I have no idea what version of CiviCRM Occupy Sandy / May First is using. JIRA forced me to pick a version, so I chose 4.3.0.)

I posted this ticket hoping to make the world a better place rather than just griping to myself. (That's why I volunteered to clean a house in the Rockaways with Occupy Sandy last year.) I am not a CiviCRM user nor involved with Occupy Sandy or their hosting provider collective, May First. Sorry to say, between commitments to my open source projects, family and job, I don't have time to invest in this ticket.
If you want, I can try contacting May First and try to interest them in adopting this ticket.

thanx for the report. If someone from MayFirst can follow up that would be great. We do use this feature quite a bit on civicrm.org with our mailings and things seem ok with it. I'd encourage occupy sandy to upgrade to the latest 4.3.x
can you please reproduce issues on our demo server before filing an issue
