      Description

      We had the following situation in a multilanguage site: we had a event registration page for potential participants of an event, and they should be able to select their language before signing up (and therefore logging in).

      In order to achieve this, we had to remove the 'access CiviCRM' permission requirement for the language switch block.

      Is there any reason why the language switch block should only be accessible for logged in CiviCRM users?
