CRM-1370 Profile adds duplicate/redundant location record if we keep the spaces in the location type name.

1. If you create a location for a contact, and then modify the
location type Name. If you then edit that location via a Profile / My
Account - we create ANOTHER location for that contact rather than
updating the existing location. This leaves us with two locations
linked to the same location_type - and no way to get rid of the
redundant one (since you can't delete locations via the UI).

2. Once you have 2 locations tied to the same location_type, the
behavior in My Account "View" and "Edit" is inconsistent. "View" picks
up the "first" one, "Edit " picks up values from the "second" one.

3.This problem occurs when there is a space in the location_type.name.
