            Description

            After creating/editing new event template, get this error:
            Notice: Undefined index: registration_start_date in CRM_Event_Form_ManageEvent_Registration::formRule() (line 463 of C:\Program Files (x86)\Apache Software Foundation\Apache2.2\htdocs\marshdrp2\sites\all\modules\civicrm\CRM\Event\Form\ManageEvent\Registration.php).

            Add check for registration_start_date is set in array $values in CRM>Event>Form> ManageEvent>Registration.php, see attachment
