State/Country fields in Participant export not pulling data after upgrade

After upgrading to to 4.4.1 - when we go to export event participant information the state (and country) fields no longer pull any data (field is empty in CSV output file). All of our saved export mappings for participants are affected. I have attached a screen shot of one of the mappings.
