Error Message when allow_url_fopen=0

            Description

            I am not an expert, but I have found online that Keeping "allow_url_fopen= ON" is not good practice in PHP.ini.
            When I disabled it then I get the following error

            Warning: getimagesize(): https:// wrapper is disabled in the server configuration by allow_url_fopen=0 in CRM_Contact_Page_View->preProcess() (line 170 of /srv/www/iskconcdb/sites/all/modules/civicrm/CRM/Contact/Page/View.php).
