Only small number of import errors are provided when importing large numbers of contacts

            Description

            I sometimes do large imports through the browser. Consistently, when there are large number of erroneous records I only get a small portion. Just now I was importing 40k records, 8800 were reported as errors, and I got a csv download with less than 300. Is an errors array or an index into it getting reset with each batch?
