Confusing sample in Message Templates

Version 4.4.3 Mailings->Message Templates->Sample CiviMail Newsletter Template

On fresh install the sample contains 'unsubscribe' text but links to the opt-out token. Upon initial trial, this lead us to believe that it is not possible to unsubscribe from a group and that 'unsubscribe' means opt-out of all email. In other words, this lead us to believe that unsubscribe and opt-out were the same thing.

Fixing this would allow new users to have a more positive evaluation of civiMail.
