            {contact.state_province}

            token retrieves nothing.
            For mailing labels,

            {contact.state_province_name}

            does work.

            The functionality was available in 4.4.3. (See attachment graphics)

            I can't test in demo, because it's in 4.4.3.

                We've been telling folks to stop exporting if they want to print labels because the state/province is missing from the export. However, it's been pointed out to me that mailing labels are broken now. I just tested this on drupal.demo.civicrm.org and replicated the problem.
                Given that this is a CRM system, being able to address envelopes seems like a critical function for managing relationships. We should raise the priority level of the issue.

                I applied Eileen's commits (posted to CRM-14196):
