            Description

            Have reproduced this bug on the demo site. It would seem this is related to the other recent export issues (phone number and state, among other fields) which were fixed, but no one seems to have reported this one yet.

            To reproduce: go to the demo site, "find contacts" => "export," notice that all fields for "individual prefix" and "individual suffix" are blank.

                  I suspect ALL exportable pseudoconstants should be tested as part of this fix.
