Make CiviCRM's event registration cart record financial transactions to conform to the changes beginning in CiviCRM 4.2.

            Description

            Starting in CiviCRM 4.2, financial records started to be recorded differently than the 3.x days. The event registration cart does not currently record the event registration contributions and related records to match this new way.
