Contribution exports duplicate records

            Description

            Search for completed contributions and export them ("primary fields'). In my case, all records are duplicated in the CSV. Instead of getting one row per contribution, I get 4 times (or 2 times) the same rows one after the other.

            Joe: Setting priority to Major as Trivial seems too low for something that leads users to think their income is higher than it truly is, and which appears to indicate the database integrity has been compromised.
