This isn't fixed in civicrm 4.4.4

Hi Jaap, civicrm 4.4 repo consists of this fix : https://github.com/civicrm/civicrm-core/blob/4.4/CRM/Case/Form/CaseView.php#L145 , this would be available in 4.4.5

Patch for fixing the link to send e-mail from within the case role section of the case view, so that this email is automatically filed under the case
