Direct Debit payment processors break back-end credit card payment form

            Description

            It seems likely that it affects versions for some time in the past. The Direct Debit payment processor type was introduced at least in the 3.x series.

            This issue was originally reported by Sarah Gladstone for my ACH/EFT version of the iATS Payment payment processor, here:
