Updating Custom Fields does not make a Change Log line

      Description

      Updating Custom Fields of eg. a Contact (in our case a few "soft credit" integer/float types) does not create anything in the Change Log. It's not 'loose' in the database tables civicrm_activity or civicrm_log either.
