Versioning Impact:Patch (backwards-compatible bug fixes)
Description
If you go within civicrm to: administer > users and permissions > permissions (access control) and select there ยป Joomla Access Control
you get to com_civicrm_configuration (there are other means to get to this screen too) you can NOT change any permission!
Any attempt to do so, only for com_civicrm, creates a joolma error:
"The most recent request was denied because it contained an invalid security token. Please refresh the page and try again."
So far I could not identify any other component showing a similar error, what directs to an error in the civicrm procedure.
This inability causes that only administrators can work with civicrm, for registered users and other groups there are no access rights!
