can't add custom defined tokens to custom greetings

It's not possible to get a token defined in a Hook to be evaluated when placed in a greeting.

For example, if you create a custom token that evaluates to either first_name or, if the contact has a defined spouse/partner, then first_name and partner_first_name, you cannot use this in any of the greetings.
