Copying Event Price Set Fails If Any Price Has Active Date

            Description

            When attempting to more > Copy Price Set under Price Sets for an Event, copying of the Price Fields fails if the Active Date for any Price Field is not empty. The new Price Set copy is created but without any Price Fields. Duplicated on the Demo site at http://drupal.demo.civicrm.org/civicrm/admin/price?reset=1

            Error message received is "Sorry but we are not able to provide this at the moment. DB Error: unknown error. Return to home page."

            Once the Active Date in all Price Fields are removed, the Price Set and Price Fields copy successfully.
