            Description

            Steps to reproduce the issue
            Step 1. Search for Individual type of contact
            Step 2. Check the check box for "Select All"
            Step 3. Select delete contacts from action's drop down
            step 4. Confirm delete

            Expected : All record successfully deleted

            Current behavior : Database Error
            Database Error Code: Cannot add or update a child row: a foreign key constraint fails (`civicrm/civicrm_log`, CONSTRAINT `civicrm_log_ibfk_1` FOREIGN KEY (`modified_id`) REFERENCES `civicrm_contact` (`id`)), 1452
