Role breakdown section of the "Evening Income Report (Detail)" is broken when more than one role is used for a payable event.

To replicate. Have 3 roles for a payable event.
Apply the roles to paying participants.
Report shows revenue for the default 'attendee' role as the same as the next custom role (but without the currency symbol).
