OnBehalf Profile breaks country/state selection

f I enable the option for the donor to donate on behalf of an organization, then the state selection breaks, if I disable it then it works again.

I was also able to replicate the issue on the civicrm wordpress demo site, what I had to do was add Contact country and state fields to both New Individual, and New Organization profiles. It then breaks.

I have created a contribution page on the CiviCRM wordpress demo site entitled Mpdas108 Test Page: http://wordpress.demo.civicrm.org/?page=CiviCRM&q=civicrm/contribute/transact&reset=1&id=4

An interesting note is that if on the contribution page I check the box saying that I will contribute on behalf of an organization then those fields appear, and the state selection works fine for the organization section, but remains broken for the individual section.
