Recurring contributions don't create MembershipPayment records

Recurring contributions tied to auto-renewing membership records don't create a MembershipPayment record linking the incoming contributions to the membership. This patch fixes it. I wrote it against master rather than 4.5 because it could be argued this is a new feature - if it should go in 4.5.1, let me know, it should patch cleanly.
