            Description

            This is just a case of catching AuthorizeNet IPN up to Paypal in terms of testability & consistency. The $_REQUEST is turned into an array during the construct & not referred to again meaning it can be called from the command line (e.g for unit tests, forensics or re-running missed IPNs)
