New Field form is NOT being loaded after creating a new custom data set OR new profile OR price set

Previously, after creating a custom data set and saving - the 'new custom field' form is automatically loaded. That behavior was changed recently (for what reason ??) so that the user now has to click 'Add Custom Field' button after saving the custom data set.

Same change was made recently for Profiles (it no longer goes to Add Profile Field form directly) AND Price Sets.

These changes have broken a number of web tests - and I also think this is a usability degradation. There are very few use cases where the user would want to create an empty custom data set or empty profile.

Coleman - It would be super helpful if you run WebTest_Profile_MultiRecordProfileAddTest::testAddNewNonMultiProfile and observe the breakage. If you agree to 'undo' this 'regression' - that test should run successfully.
